You can <a href="https://support.parceltracker.com/en/articles/180989-edit-the-email-template-sent-to-recipients">edit </a>email templates on our <a href="https://admin.parceltracker.com/portal/notifications" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Web Platform</a>.

Only Owners and Admin users can select email templates.

In your Parcel Tracker account, click Notifications.

Click the <code>Plus</code> button of the section that interests you.

1. Click on the Template you want.
2. Click <code>Select</code>.
