You can add, edit, and delete email templates on our Web Platform.
Only Owners and Admin users can delete email templates.
Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions here.
In your Parcel Tracker account, click Notifications.
Click the
Plusbutton of the section that interests you.
Click on the template you want to delete > click
Actions.Click
Delete.
