If someone has multiple parcels, can they be collected with one code or each individual code must be scanned?

Yes, they can all be collected with just one code! In Parcel Tracker, a QR code is tied directly to the recipient's profile, not to an individual package.

This means you can use one QR code to collect as many parcels as you like. If a recipient has three different packages waiting for them, you do not need to make them dig through their inbox to scan three separate emails.

How Collection Works

  • One scan does it all: The recipient simply presents any valid QR code from one of their delivery notification emails.

  • View all pending items: Once scanned, the app will instantly pull up their recipient profile and display a list of every uncollected parcel assigned to that person.

  • Process together: You can select all the packages and log them out simultaneously with a single signature or photo, keeping your queue moving quickly.
