Parcel Tracker

Parcels can be collected on Parcel Tracker through both our <a href="https://admin.parceltracker.com/portal/deliveries/inbound-directory" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Web Platform</a> &amp; Mobile   App.

This feature is available in every plan. See the graph below.

In your Parcel Tracker account, click <code>Deliveries</code> in the main navigation bar.

1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click <code>Deliveries</code> in the main navigation bar.
2. Click on <code>Mark as Collected</code>.

   3. Ask the recipient to leave a signature or leave a note &gt; click <code>Collect.</code>

Once you notify recipients that they have parcels waiting for them, they will instantly get an email with a QR code.

Press and hold the <code>Blue Button</code> to scan the QR code.

Scan the <code>Recipient's Barcode</code>.

1. Click <code>Collect</code>.
2. Click <code>Collect Parcels</code>.
3. Press and hold the <code>Blue Button</code> to scan the QR code.
4. Scan the <code>Recipient's Barcode</code>.
5. Click <code>Sign and Collect</code>.

If the recipient cannot present a QR code, you can log parcels out manually.

Click the <code>Round</code> icon with 2 people in it.

Press and hold the <code>Blue Button</code> to scan the barcode.

1. Click <code>Collect</code>.
2. Click <code>Collect Parcels</code>.
3. Click the <code>Round</code> icon with 2 people in it.
4. Select the <code>Recipient</code> name.
5. Press and hold the <code>Blue Button</code> to scan the barcode.
6. Click <code>Collect</code>.

    7. Ask the recipient to leave a <code>Signature</code>.

    8. Alternatively, you can click on the <code>Camera</code> icon to capture an image.

    9. Click <code>Sign and Collect</code>.
