I received an email to collect my parcels however the QR codes are not loading.

Troubleshooting missing images and displaying your collection code.

Updated this week

If you open your delivery notification and the QR code is missing or displaying as a blank placeholder, your email provider or network might be blocking the image from loading. Here are a few ways to resolve this:

  • Allow Images/Attachments: Many email providers (like Outlook or Gmail) block images by default for security reasons. Look for a prompt near the top of your email that says "Allow images," "Download pictures," or "Always display images from this sender" to make the QR code visible.

  • Check for Network Blocks: If you are using a corporate or university email address, there might be network restrictions in place. We recommend asking your building management or IT team to check if a network security setting is actively preventing the images in our emails from loading.

If you have tried these steps and the QR code still refuses to load, do not worry! You can still easily pick up your delivery just by providing your name and room/unit details to the front desk.
