Can You Use an Old QR Code to Claim New Parcels?

Find out if you can use a previous QR code to pick up your latest deliveries.

Updated today

Yes! Any previously issued QR code—such as the one attached to a past delivery notification email you received before—remains valid for claiming new parcels.

If the Parcel Tracker application displays a blue banner indicating 0 parcels, this typically means there are currently no new parcels available for pickup under your profile.

What if I don't have a QR code at all?

Alternatively, you can still claim your parcel without a QR code. Because the QR code is simply a tool for quick identification, the mailroom staff can bypass it by going through the manual process of searching for your name in the system. Once they locate your pending parcels, you will just need to leave a digital signature on their screen to complete the collection.

Through Parcel Tracker, a recipient can claim their parcels through QR Code, manual search on the mobile application, or through the web platform. Learn about the different ways recipients can claim their parcels here.
