If I receive a parcel, how will I be notified?

Understanding your delivery alerts and collection QR codes.

Once a front-of-house staff member successfully scans and logs your incoming parcel, the Parcel Tracker system will automatically send you an email notification containing your unique collection QR code.

In addition to email, you may also receive an SMS text notification! However, please note that SMS alerts are an optional feature, so this depends entirely on whether your building management has opted to enable them for your facility.

To claim your delivery, simply head down to the front desk and present your QR code to the staff member so they can securely check out your package.
