When to use Force Server Sync
You should Force Server Sync your Parcel Tracker app if;
Recipients have suddenly disappeared from the app.
You are experiencing technical issues with the app.
You want to update the recipient database on the app after updating it on the web platform.
Note: By forcing Server Sync, you can potentially lose un-synced data.

Open Parcel Tracker's mobile app, tap the settings icon, scroll down, select Force Server Sync,
and confirm by clicking Yes
