How to Log Parcels

Parcels can be logged on Parcel Tracker through both our Web Platform & Mobile App.

This feature is available in every plan. See the graph below.

Web Platform

On our Web platform, you can only log parcels manually by typing the recipient's name and then the parcel's barcode.

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click Parcels in the main navigation bar.

  2. Click the + Add Parcel button.

  3. Select the recipient and add the Identifier (tracking number or your own identifier). You can also choose to add a random identifier by clicking on Generate ID.

  4. Clicking on + Show Advanced allows you to add advanced details to the parcel such as Courier, Tags, Notes, Dimensions, among others.

  5. Click Add Parcel.

Note: If you log a parcel on our web platform, it will not have any images in the Parcels section or Search History because Parcel Tracker captures images while scanning the labels.
