How to Add a Courier

Learn how to add a new courier to your Parcel Tracker mailroom account.

Parcel Tracker supports detection for most couriers globally. However, if you need to include smaller, less common couriers, you have the option to add them manually to our Web Platform and Android App.

Only Owners and Admin users can add couriers.

Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions here.

Web Platform

  1. In your parcel tracker account, click Settings.

  2. Click Couriers.

  3. Click +Add Courier.

4. Fill in the details > Save.

Android App

  1. Click Manage.

  2. Click Manage Couriers.

  3. Click the Plus button.

  4. Enter courier name > click Create Courier.
