Learn how to add notes and additional parcel details during the scan process.

Parcel Tracker's Additional parcel details feature lets you add some extra information to your parcel entries, including tags (Damaged, Rejected, Perishable, Large item), notes, parcel dimensions, courier name, and identifier, and you can turn advanced parcel details on so it pops up automatically every time a parcel is scanned.

Web Platform

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click Deliveries in the main navigation bar.

  2. Click Inbound.

  3. Click the Log New Delivery button.

4. Start typing the recipient's name > select the recipient and enter the barcode then click Show Advanced.

5. Enter courier name and tracking number, then click the drop-down arrow to select tags, add notes, specify parcel dimensions, and finally click Add.

Mobile App

  1. Navigate to notify > click Scan Parcels and hold down the blue button to scan the parcel label.

  2. Click the + icon.

  3. Click the Camera icon to Add a Photo.

  4. Select Tags.

  5. Add Notes.

Enter the courier name and tracking number, specify parcel dimensions, and finally, click Submit to save your changes.
