Enable and Disable a Recipient's SMS Notifications

Learn how to manage SMS notifications for recipients by enabling or disabling them as needed.

SMS notifications are a paid feature. To activate this service, please contact us.

Web Platform

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click Recipients.

  2. Click on the Recipient's Name and Add a phone number with the extension.

  3. Turn on/off the SMS Notifications feature.

  4. Click Save.

Android App

  1. Click Manage.

  2. Click Recipients.

  3. Click on the Recipient's Name > Click Edit and add a phone number with the extension.

  4. Turn on/off the Enable SMS Notifications feature.

  5. Click Update.

IOS App

  1. Click Manage.

  2. Click Manage Recipients.

  3. Click on the Recipient's Name and add a phone number with the extension.

  4. Turn on/off the Enable SMS Notifications feature.

  5. Click Save.

Note: Currently, it is only possible to enable SMS notifications one by one. You can't enable this feature for all recipients in one go.
