Enable or Disable a Recipient's SMS Notifications

Learn how to manage SMS notifications for recipients by enabling or disabling them as needed.

How to Manage SMS Notifications (Web Platform)

  1. Log in to your account on the Parcel Tracker Web Platform.

  2. Select Recipients from the main navigation menu.

  3. Choose the Recipient: Locate the person you wish to update and click Open to view their profile.

  4. Toggle SMS: Toggle the SMS Notification Switch On or Off based on your preference.

How to Manage SMS Notifications (Mobile Application)

  1. Open Settings: Launch the Parcel Tracker app and tap the Settings icon on the bottom-right of the navigation bar.

  2. Select Recipients: Tap on the Recipients menu option.

  3. Choose the Recipient: Locate and tap on the specific recipient's name to open their profile.

  4. Toggle SMS: Under the Notifications section, tick the SMS Notification Switch On or Off to update their preferences.

Note: Currently, it is only possible to enable SMS notifications one by one. You can't enable this feature for all recipients in one go.
