Manage Your Notification Schedule

Learn how to configure your notification schedule in Parcel Tracker.

Note: Only users with Owner or Admin status can adjust these settings. For more information on what different user types can do, check our User Permissions Guide.

Take full control of when your recipients receive alerts by using the Notification Schedule on our Web Platform. You can choose the notification delivery method that best fits your mailroom’s workflow:

  • Notifications Schedule Off (Instant): By default, if the notification schedule feature is turned off, notifications are sent immediately as soon as it is created; this only applies to Delivery & Collection notifications.

  • Default: Enable this to set a uniform time slot for notifications to be sent within the same time frame every day of the week.

  • Custom: Select this for total flexibility, allowing you to customize unique notification windows for each day of the week.
