As you customize your mailroom communications, you might build a variety of different email templates tailored to specific situations or seasons. When you have multiple options available, you can easily browse your collection and select the exact template you want to activate directly from the web platform.
Only Owner and Admin users can manage and select email notification templates. To learn more about mailroom user access, feel free to check the full list of mailroom users and their permissions here.
Selecting a Template on the Web Platform
Follow these steps to choose an active email notification template for your account:
Log in to your Parcel Tracker account on the web platform and click
Notificationson the main navigation bar.Locate the specific notification category you need and click the
Plus symbolnext to that section to expand it and view your available templates.Click on the specific template you want to use from the list. Here, you can also uncheck the template you were previously using to remove it from the active template list.
Click
Selectto activate it and apply it to your mailroom workflow.
