Use Batch Scanning for Fast Parcel Check-In

Batch scan is primarily used for logging parcels moved between internal locations. In most cases, scanning the parcel barcode alone is enough to register the transfer, making the process quick and hands-free for users.

Only Owners and Admin users can enable this feature.

Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions here.

You can access the Batch Scanning feature by:

  1. Clicking on "Check-In".

  2. Then Click on "Batch Scan".

From there, simply begin scanning barcodes using your barcode scanner or device camera.
