Why are my scanned parcels not showing in Parcel Tracker?

Learn why parcels you scanned may not appear on the web platform, and how to check that they have synced.

Parcels you scan on the mobile app are synced to Parcel Tracker over an internet connection. A parcel scanned while the connection is poor stays on the app as pending, and it doesn’t appear on the web platform until it has synced. The steps below show how to check and what helps syncing work properly.

Check whether your parcels have synced

  1. On the mobile app, look at the upper right corner of the screen. It shows whether the app is currently syncing or fully synced.

  2. On the In screen, tap Held Parcels. Your parcels are listed under two tabs: Synced, for parcels that are linked to the server, and Pending, for parcels that were scanned but are waiting for a connection to sync.

  3. If a parcel is no longer under Pending, check whether it now appears under Synced, since it may have just finished syncing.

Help your parcels sync

  • Keep the app up to date. On iPhone, install the latest update from the App Store. On Android, the latest app version is available by joining the beta program on the Google Play Store:

    1. Open the Play Store and search for the Parcel Tracker - Mailroom app.

    2. Scroll down on the app’s page until you see “Join the beta”, tap Join and confirm in the pop-up window.

    3. Wait a few minutes for the process to complete. If it seems stuck, force-close the Play Store app and open it again.

    4. Install the latest version of the Parcel Tracker app.

  • Check that your device is connected to the internet.

  • Give the app enough time to sync. Avoid closing the app until the sync indicator shows that it has synced.

If your parcels still don’t appear

  1. If you are sure you scanned a parcel but it isn’t under Pending or Synced, go to the web platform and click Parcels on the main navigation bar to check whether it appears there. For the full steps, see View the History of Inbound Parcels.

  2. If it doesn’t appear on the mobile app or on the web platform, contact our support team.

When you contact us, please include a picture of the parcel’s slip or label, so we can investigate the parcel on our end.
