How to Check Out Your Parcels Using the Parcel Tracker Kiosk App

Learn how to collect your parcels at a Parcel Tracker Kiosk, either by looking up your recipient profile or by scanning your QR code.

Parcel Tracker now offers the Parcel Tracker Kiosk App, which allows recipients to claim their parcels by manually searching for their recipient profile, or by scanning the QR code included in their email notifications.

Where to Find Your QR Code

Every time a parcel is checked in for you, you'll receive a check-in notification email letting you know your parcel has arrived. This email includes a QR code you can scan at the kiosk for quick and easy collection.

Collecting Your Parcels Through Scanning Your QR Code

  1. Head to the designated area where your building management has set up the Parcel Tracker Kiosk App. On the app, tap Scan My QR Code.

  2. Allow the kiosk to scan your QR code.

  3. Tick the box to select all parcels waiting to be claimed, or select specific parcels you want to claim now.

  4. Tap Collect Parcels to finalize your collection.

  5. To confirm the collection, sign above the line as instructed. You can also leave a note if needed.

  6. Tap Confirm Collection to complete the check-out.

Collecting Your Parcels Through the Recipient List

  1. Head to the designated area where your building management has set up the Parcel Tracker Kiosk App. On the app, tap Find My Name.

  2. Look up your recipient name or location (room number or designated area).

  3. Select your profile from the list that appears.

  4. Tick the box to select all parcels waiting to be claimed, or select specific parcels you want to claim now.

  5. Tap Collect Parcels to finalize your collection.

  6. To confirm the collection, sign above the line as instructed. You can also leave a note if needed.

  7. Tap Confirm Collection to complete the check-out.

No Parcels Showing Up?

If you search for your name or scan your QR code and no parcels appear, this usually means one of two things:

  • Your parcel has already been claimed.

  • Your parcel has not yet been checked in. Since a check-in notification with a QR code is only sent once a parcel has been scanned in, no notification means no parcel has been logged yet.

If a parcel appears in the kiosk app but you cannot find it physically, please contact your building management for assistance.
