View the History of Inbound Parcels

Learn how to view the history of inbound deliveries, proof of pickup, and more in Parcel Tracker.

Updated today

In Parcel Tracker, the way your parcels are labeled depends on your active features. By default, if you only track incoming items, your main navigation menu will simply say Parcels. Once the Outbound Parcels feature is enabled in the settings, the Parcels menu automatically expands to include separate categories for "Inbound" and "Outbound." This allows you to easily distinguish between incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments within your parcel tracker account.

You can access the complete history and specific details of every inbound parcel via both the Web Platform and the Mobile App.

Rather than just a simple list, Parcel Tracker provides a full Activity Log for each item. This allows you to view:

  • Status History: Exactly when a parcel was checked in, notified, and collected.

  • Proof of Pickup: Digital signatures or photos taken at the time of collection.

  • Parcel Details: Specific information such as courier name, dimensions, and custom notes.

  • Audit Trail: Identification of the specific staff member who handled each step of the process.

On the Web Platform

  1. Log in to the web platform and click Parcels (or Inbound under Parcels) on the main navigation bar.

  2. Select the specific parcel you would like to look into and click Open.

  3. From here, you can view, edit, and update your parcel details. Any changes made here will automatically be saved.

Once you are viewing the history and details of a specific parcel, you can upload additional images for that parcel as needed through the image function shown above.

On the Mobile Application

  1. Open the application and tap Manage on the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Tap on Parcels to view the list.

  3. Locate the parcel by using the Search Bar to look up the recipient's name.

  4. Tap the parcel to open the details view.

  5. Tap the three dots (options) icon at the top of the screen to edit the entry or select History to view the full audit trail.

By accessing a parcel's details and history, you ensure a complete chain of custody for every item entering your building. Whether you need to settle a dispute with a courier or provide a recipient with their proof of pickup, all the information is at your fingertips.
