Learn when and how to force a server sync in the Parcel Tracker mobile application.

When to use Force Server Sync

Try a Force Server Sync if you experience any of the following:

  • Missing Data: Recipients have suddenly disappeared from your screen.

  • Technical Glitches: The app is lagging or behaving unexpectedly.

  • Recent Updates: You’ve updated the recipient database on the web and need to see the changes in the app immediately.

Note: Performing a Force Server Sync may result in the loss of any data that hasn't been synced to the server yet.

How to Force Server Sync:

  1. Open the Parcel Tracker mobile application and tap the Settings icon found on the bottom-right of the main navigation bar.

  2. Scroll down and select Force Server Sync.

  3. Read the warning message and tap Confirm to proceed.
