When to use Force Server Sync
Try a Force Server Sync if you experience any of the following:
Missing Data: Recipients have suddenly disappeared from your screen.
Technical Glitches: The app is lagging or behaving unexpectedly.
Recent Updates: You’ve updated the recipient database on the web and need to see the changes in the app immediately.
Note: Performing a Force Server Sync may result in the loss of any data that hasn't been synced to the server yet.

How to Force Server Sync:
Open the Parcel Tracker mobile application and tap the
Settingsicon found on the bottom-right of the main navigation bar.Scroll down and select
Force Server Sync.Read the warning message and tap
Confirmto proceed.
