Edit Recipient’s Information

Learn how to update recipient details in Parcel Tracker.

Only Owners, Admins, and Normal users can edit the recipient's information. To learn more about mailroom user access, feel free to check the full list of mailroom users and their permissions here.

Keeping your directory accurate is essential for smooth operations. You can easily update a recipient's details, such as their name, phone number, or location, directly from your account.

Using the Web Platform:

  1. Log in to your Parcel Tracker account on the web platform and navigate to Recipients from the main navigation bar.

  2. Select the recipient you want to edit and click Open to view their profile.

  3. Edit the desired information in the provided fields or add a new email under Alternative Emails.

  4. Your changes will be saved and updated automatically!

Using the Mobile Application:

  1. Open the Parcel Tracker application and tap on Manage found on the bottom navigation menu.

  2. Select Recipients.

  3. Tap on the specific recipient's name to open their profile.

  4. Tap the three dots button on the upper right of the screen, then select Edit to make changes.

  5. Update their information or add an alternative email, then tap Save.
