Please note that Parcel Tracker is a mailroom management software, not a courier or delivery company. We do not transport packages, and our support team cannot manually track general online orders.
Our system only tracks parcels after a courier has physically dropped them off at a specific building that uses our software.
Depending on where your package is, here is how you can find it:
If your package is still in transit (No relation to Parcel Tracker)
If your package is still on its way to your city or out for delivery with a courier (like FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or the postal service), our support team does not have access to its location. However, you can use our free public tracking tool to see what the courier says about its status! Simply enter your tracking number here:
If your tracking number shows that the item was "Delivered" by the courier but you simply cannot find your parcel, we highly recommend contacting your front desk or your delivery service courier directly for assistance regarding its current status.
If your package has arrived at your building (Inside our service)
If you reside or work in a building that uses Parcel Tracker, your tracking stops being handled by the courier and starts being handled by your front desk. Once the receptionist logs your delivered package into our system, you will automatically receive an email or SMS notification letting you know it is ready for pickup.
