If you are having trouble logging in, it is usually because you are trying to create a new account from scratch. As a recipient, you do not need to sign up manually. Your building management handles the intake of all deliveries, the creation of the recipient directory, and the overall setup of Parcel Tracker's services. They handle the registration for you to ensure your profile is properly linked to you as a tenant and your specific unit or room.
How to access your account
You will use your email address to log in, but you must activate your profile first through your official welcome email:
Find your welcome email: Look in your inbox for the automated welcome message from Parcel Tracker (sent when your building management first added you to the system).
Set your password: Click the button inside that email to securely set up your own password.
Log in: Once your password is created, you can log in to the web platform or mobile app using your email address and your new password.
Recipients cannot log in with just any email address. Please use the username sent to you and log in to our web platform.
