If you are a resident trying to log into the Parcel Tracker mobile app, you will receive a login error. Currently, the mobile app is utilized by front-of-house staff and mailroom users to scan and process packages.
As a recipient, you actually won't need the app! Whenever a staff member logs a package for you, the system will automatically send you an email notification containing your unique collection QR code. You just need to show that email at the front desk to claim your delivery.
How to check your parcel history
If you want to view a log of your past and current deliveries, you can easily do so by logging into our web platform.
Note: You can only log in using the credentials generated when you were first added to the system by your building management. When your profile was created, you should have received a welcome email from us mentioning your Username (which is your email address) along with a button to set your own secure password. You will use those specific details to access your web dashboard.
