I just downloaded the Parcel Tracker App, but it won’t let me log in. Do you know why this might be?

The app is only for the front-of-house staff. Residents should either use the web platform to check your parcel history or just check their emails. You won't need the app because once a front-of-house staff member scans your parcel, you will receive an email notification with a QR code.
