Do I need to log in to your website to collect my parcels?

Collect your deliveries quickly and easily—no account required.

You do not need to create an account, download an app, or log in to our website to pick up your packages. The entire collection process is handled automatically through your email!

Here is exactly what happens when a package arrives for you:

  1. Receive your notification: Once the front-of-house staff logs your delivery, you will instantly receive an email containing a unique QR code.

  2. Present your code: Simply head down to the reception or mailroom and show that QR code to the staff member directly from your phone.

  3. Collect your parcel: They will scan your code to securely sign out your package, ask for your signature or take a picture for proof of collection, and then you are good to go!
