Unfortunately, your account cannot be recovered once it has been permanently deleted. When a recipient profile is removed from the system, it enters a retention period during which it may still be restored. However, once this retention period has passed, all associated data is permanently erased in accordance with our strict privacy and security standards, and recovery is no longer possible.
Because you need an active profile to receive your automated delivery emails and SMS notifications, you will need to ask your building's front-of-house staff or management team to set up a brand-new Parcel Tracker account for you.
