If I forget to include my room number in my order and I just write the building name and postcode, will the receptionist collect it for me?

Receiving packages without a listed room or unit number.

Yes, absolutely! As long as your registered name is clearly printed on the shipping label, the front desk can still securely collect and process your delivery.

How it works

When your front-of-house staff uses Parcel Tracker to scan an incoming package, the system automatically reads the recipient's name on the shipping label. It then searches the building's directory and matches that name directly to your official recipient profile.

Because the system relies on cutting-edge optical character recognition (OCR) technology, you will still receive your automated email or SMS notification letting you know your package has arrived, even if your room number was completely left off the parcel's label.
