Sort Recipients by their Name, Email, ID, Alias, Site, Type, and Location

Learn how to easily organize and view your recipient directory using sorting filters.

In the Recipients section of your Parcel Tracker account, you can quickly organize your directory using different filters to find exactly who you need. Whether you are managing a few dozen people or thousands of residents, you can sort your entire list by Name, Email, ID, Alias, Site, Type, and Location.

Using the Web Platform

  1. Log into your Parcel Tracker account on the web platform and navigate to Recipients on the main menu.

  2. Locate the column headers at the top of your directory list (Name, Email, ID, Alias, Site, Type, and Location) and click on the column header you want to sort by.

  3. Click the Up Arrow next to the header to sort the list in ascending order (A to Z, or lowest to highest).

  4. Click the Down Arrow next to the header to sort the list in descending order (Z to A, or highest to lowest).
