How to Track Parcel Check-In and Check-Out Counts

Learn how to view the number of parcels scanned and collected today, over the past week, or in total.

Keeping an eye on your mailroom volume is easy with Parcel Tracker. Whether you just need a quick glance at today's numbers or a deep dive into your yearly statistics, you can access all of this data directly from your account.

View Recent Activity (Today, 7 Days, and 30 Days)

For a quick snapshot of your recent mailroom traffic, you can use your main dashboard.

Using the Web Platform:

  1. Log in to your Parcel Tracker account and navigate to Home.

    1. Look at the Checked-in box to see how many parcels you have scanned.

    2. Look at the Checked-out box to see how many parcels have been successfully collected.

    3. Use the filter options to adjust these numbers by Today, 7 days, or 30 days.

Using the Mobile Application:

  1. Open the Parcel Tracker app and navigate to the In tab.

  2. Look at the Parcels Checked-In section to see your quick counts, and tap on it to view the full history of your parcel checked-ins.

On the mobile application, you can also view the count of parcels checked out under the Out tab.

View Statistics and Total Counts

If you need comprehensive data, such as your all-time totals, you will want to use the dedicated Statistics menu on our Web Platform.

Using the Web Platform:

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click on Statistics on the main navigation bar. If you have the Outbound feature enabled, select either Inbound or Outbound to choose which type of parcels you want to view.

  2. Here, you can view your overall Total parcels scannedParcels Held, and your Checked-in / out count.
