Note: Only Normal, Admin, and Owner users can view parcel images and proof of pickup. Recipients may also be able to view this through their parcel history. For a complete overview, see the full list of mailroom users and their permissions.
To view your parcel images and proof of pickup, sign in to your Parcel Tracker account and follow the steps below:
In your Parcel Tracker account, click
Parcelson the main navigation bar.Select between
InboundandOutbound, depending on which parcels you want to view.Inbound- parcels delivered to you.Outbound- parcels you sent to an external recipient (returns, etc).
Hover over the
Parcelyou want to view and click onOpen.In the pop-up, you will see all the data associated with your delivery, including the signature or the image that was used as proof of pickup during collection.
