How to View Parcel Images & Proof of Pickup

Learn how to access and view parcel images and proof of pickup in Parcel Tracker.

Note: Only Normal, Admin, and Owner users can view parcel images and proof of pickup. Recipients may also be able to view this through their parcel history. For a complete overview, see the full list of mailroom users and their permissions.

To view your parcel images and proof of pickup, sign in to your Parcel Tracker account and follow the steps below:

  1. In your Parcel Tracker account, click Parcels on the main navigation bar.

  2. Select between Inbound and Outbound, depending on which parcels you want to view.

    1. Inbound - parcels delivered to you.

    2. Outbound - parcels you sent to an external recipient (returns, etc).

  3. Hover over the Parcel you want to view and click on Open.

  4. In the pop-up, you will see all the data associated with your delivery, including the signature or the image that was used as proof of pickup during collection.
