Only Owners and Admin users can view Statistics.  Feel free to check the full list of mailroom users and their permissions <a href="https://intercom-help.eu/parcel-tracker/en/articles/177734-types-of-parcel-tracker-mailroom-users-and-their-permissions" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.

Check-in Peak and Check-out Peak Times

While logged in your Parcel Tracker account on the web platform, click <code>Statistics</code> to view the graph for Check-in Peak and Check-out Peak Times.

Click the <code>Export</code> button to download the graph as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file.
