How to Create Custom Tags

Learn how to create custom tags in Parcel Tracker.

You can create custom tags on our Web Platform.

Only Owners and Admin users can create custom tags.

Understanding Tags: Their Purpose and Applications

Tags can be selected for each parcel and optionally included in the collection email sent to the user. They can also be used to filter deliveries on the web platform. With Parcel Tracker, you can create and assign a custom tag or choose an existing one.

Creating a Custom Tag

  1. In your parcel tracker account, click Settings.

  2. Navigate to the Tags tab.

  3. Click on +Add Tag.

  4. Name your tag and choose a background colour > click Save.
