Note: Normal, Admin, and Owner users have access to recipients' parcel history. For a complete overview of all user roles and permissions, see our full user permissions guide. Additionally, recipients may access their parcel history through their own accounts.
You can view your parcel history with the assistance of the reception through our web platform and the mobile application through the following steps:
Option 1: Web Platform
Ask for assistance from your reception to view your parcel history. The reception may follow the steps outlined here on our web platform.
Have the reception log in into the Parcel Tracker web platform.
Select the type of parcel history (
inbound or outbound) you want to view.Click
searchand input your complete name.View results—all parcels logged under your name will appear.
Option 2: Mobile Application
Additionally, the reception may also assist you using the Parcel Tracker application on their designated device. Listed below are the steps to do so:
On the Parcel Tracker application, tap the
Managetab.Tap on
Parcels.Search for your name.
View results—all parcels logged under your name will appear.
Option 3: Self-Service
As an alternative, you can also log in to our web platform and view your parcel history from your account:
Log in to the Parcel Tracker web platform.
Navigate to your selected parcel history section (
Inbound or Outbound).View all inbound or outbound parcels logged under your name.
