In Parcel Tracker, the way your data is labeled depends on your active features. By default, if you only track incoming items, your main navigation menu will simply say Parcels. Once the Outbound Parcels feature is enabled, the Parcels menu automatically expands to include separate categories for "Inbound" and "Outbound." This allows you to easily distinguish between incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments within your parcel tracker account.
You can export your complete inbound parcel records as an .xlsx (Excel) file directly from the web platform. This report includes all relevant data for each item, such as the recipient’s name, current parcel status, the staff member who logged the item, and timestamps for both check-in and collection.
