Parcel Tracker

When you scan a parcel, the app tries to match it with your existing recipients and shows a list based on the most likely matches. If it can’t find a match, it also displays a prompt to create a new recipient. This prompt is turned on by default, and you can turn it off if you prefer the app not to suggest adding a new recipient.

Turning Suggest New Recipients On or Off

Open the Parcel Tracker mobile app and tap <code>Settings</code>.

Navigate to <code>Parcel Detection</code>.

Toggle <code>Suggest new recipients</code> on or off.

1. Open the Parcel Tracker mobile app and tap <code>Settings</code>.

3. Toggle <code>Suggest new recipients</code> on or off.

When it is turned off, the app will no longer display the prompt to create a new recipient. The list of likely matching recipients will still be shown when you scan a parcel.
