Change the building you have access to on Parcel Tracker

• iOS app

If you have access to multiple buildings, you can change the active building anytime by logging in to your Parcel Tracker account on our web platform or the mobile app.

Web platform

To change your building on our web platform:

• In your Parcel Tracker account, click Buildings from the navigation menu.
• Select the building you want to activate> click Set as Active.

This building icon will appear next to the name of the active building.

You can check your currently active building by clicking Selected Buildings at the top-right corner of the screen.

Android app

To change your building on Android devices:

Go to Settings > click My Account. Click Change Development. Click to open the dropdown menu. Select the building you want to activate. Click OK.

iOS app

To change your building on iOS devices:

Click the Settings icon . Click  My Account. Click Change. Select the building you want to activate. Click OK.
