If you have access to multiple buildings, you can change the active building anytime by logging in to your Parcel Tracker account on our web platform or the mobile app.
|Note: Only Super Admin (aka Owner) and Admin (aka building managers) users can edit building details and give other people access to buildings.|
To change your building on our web platform:
- In your Parcel Tracker account, click Buildings from the navigation menu.
- Select the building you want to activate> click Set as Active.
This building icon will appear next to the name of the active building.
You can check your currently active building by clicking Selected Buildings at the top-right corner of the screen.
