Parcel Tracker automatically detects most major global couriers out of the box. However, if your building frequently receives packages from smaller, local, or highly specialized delivery services, you can easily add them to your system manually through our web platform.
For security reasons, only Owners and Admin users have the authority to add new couriers. If you are a Normal user, you will need to reach out to your site manager. Feel free to check the full list of mailroom users and their permissions here.
Adding a Courier
To add a new delivery service from your computer, follow these quick steps:
Log in to your Parcel Tracker account and navigate to
Settings.Select the
Courierstab from the menu.Click the
+ Add Courierbutton.Fill in the necessary details for your new courier, then click
Save.
Need to clean up your courier list?
If a local delivery service goes out of business or you accidentally added a duplicate, you can easily remove it from your system. Learn how to manage and remove existing delivery services in our How to Delete a Courier guide.
