Notification configuration
In the Notification Configuration section, you can upload your logo, edit its size and set email colors.
To access Notification Configuration on our web platform:
- In your Parcel Tracker account, click
Notifications.
- In the Configuration section, click Actions > click Edit.
Template name
To change the name of the template:
- In the Configure Notifications page, click the
pen icon.
- Enter the new name.
- Click Submit to save the changes or move on to the next section you want to edit.
Upload your logo
To change your logo:
- In the Logo section, click the
photo upload icon.
- Select your logo > click Open (or drag and drop the photo directly from the folder).
- Click Submit to save the changes or move on to the next section you want to edit.
Note: The logo will look nicer if you upload a PNG image with a transparent background. |
Set logo size
To set the logo size:
- In the Logo Size section, click & drag the dot to make the logo bigger or smaller.
- Click Submit to save the changes or move on to the next section you want to edit.
Change background color
To change the background color:
- In the Background Color section, click the
drop-down arrow.
- Select the color you want.
- Click Submit to save the changes or move on to the next section you want to edit.
Change the color of buttons
To change the color of buttons:
- In the Accent Color section, click the
drop-down arrow.
- Select the color you want.
- Click Submit to save the changes or move on to the next section you want to edit.
UK English or US English?
To select your preferred English:
- In the Locale section, click on the
drop-down arrow.
- Select the option you want.
- Click Submit to save the changes or move on to the next section you want to edit.

Disable email notifications
To disable email notifications:
- In the Notification Channels section, turn off the switch
next to Email Notifications.
- Click Submit to save the changes or move on to the next section you want to edit.
Note: To disable email notifications, you will also need to disable the feature for each individual by searching up their account in the Recipients section. Those recipients will no longer receive any emails from Parcel Tracker: |
Disable email notifications for a recipient
To disable email notifications for a recipient on our web platform:
- In your Parcel Tracker account, click
Recipients
- Click on the search bar.
- Search for the recipient > click on the recipient's name.
- Turn off the Email Notifications feature > click Save.
Enable SMS notifications
To enable SMS notifications:
- In the Notification Channels section, turn on the switch
next to SMS Notifications.
- Click Submit to save the changes or move on to the next section you want to edit.
Note: To enable SMS notifications, you will also need to enable the feature for each individual by searching up their account in the Recipients section. |
Restore default settings
To undo all the changes and restore default settings:
- Click the Restore Default button > click Confirm.
- Click Submit to save the changes.
