Learn how to edit the email templates sent to recipients in Parcel Tracker.

On our Web Platform, you can edit the content and formatting of the emails that are automatically sent to recipients.

Only Owners and Admin users can edit email templates and notification settings. Feel free to check the full lists of mailroom users and their permissions here.

Check out this 5-minute video to see how you can edit notification templates sent to recipients from Parcel Tracker.

You can also create a new notification template or delete it.
