Can I log parcels out without a QR code?

Yes! If a recipient forgets their phone, deletes their email, or simply cannot find their QR code, you can easily hand over their package and log it out of the system manually. Upon collection, the recipient will need to give you a digital signature or have a picture taken as proof of collection.

Depending on the device you are using, you have two quick options:

  • Using the Mobile App: You can manually search for the recipient by their name. Before handing the parcel over, the app allows you to capture a digital signature on your screen or take a photo of the parcel's drop-off location as proof of pickup.

  • Using the Web Platform: If you are stationed at a computer, you can process the exact same manual collection directly from your dashboard by searching for the recipient under your list of inbound parcels.
