Using our mobile app, you can continuously scan and log a whole batch of incoming packages in one go. Here is how the workflow seamlessly comes together:

  • Continuous Scanning: Using the check-in feature of the app, you can process dozens of packages back-to-back without pausing.

  • Add Details on the Fly: If you have the Additional Parcel Details feature turned on, you can quickly tag items as "Perishable" or "Large Item" as you scan through the pile.

  • Automated Mass Notifications: You never have to manually hit "send." Once you complete the scanning session for that batch, the system automatically triggers your set Email and/or SMS notifications. Every recipient in that batch will simultaneously receive their alert, complete with their unique collection QR code.
