How can I change the mobile number attached to my account?

Learn how to change your mobile number and stay connected to your account.

Note: Only Normal, Admin, and Owner users can edit recipient details. For a complete overview, see the full list of mailroom users and their permissions.

Recipients cannot change their mobile number directly on their own account. Please contact your mailroom or reception team to request this update on your behalf.

To change the mobile number of a recipient, follow the steps below:

Web Platform

  1. Go to our web platform and sign in to your Parcel Tracker Account.

  2. In the main navigation bar, click Recipients.

  3. Use the Search Bar to find the intended recipient.

  4. Click Open on the recipient's name.

  5. Under the Phone Number field, enter the new mobile number.

  6. Close the page—the new number will be saved automatically.

Mobile Application

  1. On the default screen after opening the mobile app, tap Manage.

  2. Select Recipients.

  3. Search for the recipient who needs their mobile number updated, then select them.

  4. Tap the three dots icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  5. Select Edit.

  6. Enter the new mobile number in the designated field.

  7. Tap Save.
