Collecting your parcel is designed to be as seamless as possible. To verify your identity and ensure the right package goes to the right person, the primary thing you need is the unique QR code sent to your email when the package was logged.
However, our system is flexible to make your life easier! Here is what you can expect when you go to pick up your delivery:
Any of your QR codes will work: Your QR code is tied directly to your profile, not just a single package. This means you can show the front-of-house staff any past QR code from a previous Parcel Tracker email, and it will still successfully pull up your current deliveries!
No phone? No problem: If your battery died or you simply cannot find the email, don't worry. The staff can always look up your name manually in the system to verify your identity and hand over your items.
Proof of collection: Depending on your building's specific security policies, the staff member handing over the package might ask you to quickly sign their screen or they may take a picture of the parcel as proof of a successful handoff.
